In case you’re new here I want to take a quick minute to introduce myself and tell you a bit about RTF.
I’m Kayece. I’m a nutritionist, mama of 2, and a military spouse.
I previously worked in public health as a maternal and child nutrition counselor- so I worked with pregnant women, breastfeeding moms, and moms with infants and toddlers.
I absolutely loved it.
Fast forward a bit I pivoted and become a stay-at-home mom once we started having littles and I noticed something right of the bat…
There’s a large gap between the nutrition education we’re providing families and the realities of motherhood.
So I felt called to create a community of mamas where I could help bridge that gap. Where I could combine my education in nutrition and experiences in motherhood to provide you strategies and solutions that are realistic and doable.
✨ I believe in reallllly getting to know my clients – because then I can offer you a solution that best fits you and your family.
✨ I really simplify how I coach you through struggles or towards goals – because as moms our lives are hectic and I believe the best results come from small simple changes. 
✨ I have lived through the emotional aspect of feeding my children and aim to offer solutions that feel comfortable to you as a mom and to your little ones.
So that’s me and RTF in a nutshell.

Meet Kristin! One of my first (and current) cust Meet Kristin! 
One of my first (and current) customized family meal planning clients. 
Kristin is a busy mom of two who works outside the home. She is also a military spouse who juggles solo parenting periodically throughout the year. 
When she first came to me needed more guidance and help when putting together healthy meals for her family. She struggled with knowing what to make and having the time to cook healthy meals. 
She often came home from work exhausted and didn't even want to think about what to make for dinner...let alone make it (and who can blame her...I think we've all been there!)

And I'm here to tell you your kids should be WHY you start to take small action towards a healthier lifestyle. 
They are your motivation! 
My family is my why. Why when we had just welcomed our first newborn baby home I knew I had to figure out how to make cooking healthy meals for my family easy for me as a new mom. 
Then why I had to figure it all out again when I started solids with my son. 
And again when we hit our first picky eating phase. 
And again when decided to welcome baby #2 into our family. 
And as I will have to make the effort to continually figure out how to make it work for my family as we evolve through the different seasons of parenthood.
