More About Me + Raising Tiny Foodies

Back before I had kiddos of my own I worked in public health as a family nutritionist. I spent my 9-5 counseling pregnant mamas, breastfeeding mamas, and mamas with littles – just like you!

I found myself reciting all the things I learned in school about eating healthy + feeding little ones.

BUT…soon after having my son I realized most of the time that info I was sharing with mamas – while extremely valuable and true – wasn’t always the easiest solution to their problem.

After all, how was I supposed to know what motherhood was actually like until I was living + breathing it every day myself?

This inspired me to create a community where I can share all the goodies I know about nutrition + feeding your littles but in a way that’s:

  • Quick
  • Realistic – this is my fav 😎
  • Flexible

Reworking what I knew about eating healthy + raising kids to fit my SIMPLE + REALISTIC framework made me feel better as a mom + confident I was raising my tiny foodies to excel nutritionally.
