About Me
My name is Kayece and I’m a nutritionist who’s dedicated to making healthy eating simple and achievable for moms and their little ones.
Let’s get started on this journey together!

My Background
After graduating from university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Science, I landed my dream job working as a maternal and child nutrition counselor in the public health field. I worked with pregnant moms, breastfeeding moms, and moms with infants and toddlers. I absolutely loved it.
Fast forward a couple of years…we found out I was pregnant with our first baby! So I decided to make the transition to become a stay-at-home mom. As I started going through all these experiences and challenges I used to help moms through I realized something…
There is a large gap between the nutrition education we provide moms and the realities of motherhood.
We fail to consider 3 things when teaching moms how to nourish themselves and their littles. One – our time is SO limited! Two – there isn’t a cookie-cutter solution that is going to work for every child or every family. Three – there’s a huge emotional component that is attached to feeding our children.
So I felt called to create a community of mamas where I could help bridge that gap. Where I could combine my education in nutrition and experiences in motherhood to provide you strategies and solutions that are realistic and doable.
I believe in reallllly getting to know my clients – because then I can offer you a solution that best fits you and your family. I really simplify how I coach you through struggles or towards goals – because as moms our lives are hectic and I believe the best results come from small simple changes. I have lived through the emotional aspect of feeding my children and aim to offer solutions that feel comfortable to you as a mom and to your little ones.
